Placing an order 
Drop us an email ewdembroidery@outlook.com or fill in the form on the homepage with some detail about the project and a contact email so we can get back to you with a quote.
Min/Max order
No minimum/ max order :) Which we find works well especially for small businesses as they can order one and sell made to order saving any waste and minimising upfront costs. We don't however offer one off custom work for individuals. 
Sample
We will always sample your logo or design which can be posted to you for approval or a photo sent via email.
Costs
We charge £20 plus vat set up fee - this includes digitising of logo/design plus a sample on scrap fabric. The embroidery cost depends on the size of the embroidery and is priced individually so please be sure to send an image of the logo or design when requesting a quote.
Garments
We will advise which garments we think are best for your project but will also give you a list of others of varying cost to choose from. We don't however embroider on customers own garments due to our insurance.
File type 
The best file type to send to us your logo or design is JPEG.
Timescale 
This depends on the size of the project but we will always give you a timescale in the quote. If you have a tight deadline do let us know as we can prioritise your order if possible.
Refunds
Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature refunds will not be given.
Delivery
We ship everything Via DPD or Royal Mail depending on the size of the order. Collection may be available upon request if you are local.
